The main aim is to revise skyscraper as a city.
The location of the project is Paris, Boulogne-Billancourt comune.
The area is chosen after research about the city’s transportation system (Paris bus, RER, tube, and tram), according to a bigger concentration of different kinds of transport. It is done to support the transport-city relation, which makes the designed skyscraper more independent, but well connected to other parts of the town. There are two skyscrapers created with an idea of closing the area from two sides, as well as to create a stronger connection between the commune and the other part of the city. Only one skyscraper is represented.
One of the interesting points of the project, except its diversity, is an opening in the ground which brings light to Paris metro level, which is also a part of the building.
Each skyscraper includes a wide range of functions and spaces according to levels: the levels, which are closer to the ground are more oriented for wide public and the higher levels are designed for particular aims (restaurants, administration of commune, museum etc).
Two skyscrapers are designed in a similar way but have their own identity and special features answering different calls: one is representing Boulogne-Billancourt and other – Paris. Considering this, they have different heights and functional inclusion.
