Casa Dominicana is a paradise place near the pristine beaches of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The villa, designed for a small family, is located in a gated community where tranquility, relaxation, and perpetual summer prevail. Therefore, this house is designed to appreciate nature, the sounds of an open fire, warm evenings with family around a large family table or a sofa overlooking the inner courtyard and terrace with a pool.

The layout of the house is based on a clear connection between all rooms and spaces, making the logic of its use simple and convenient. From the entrance glass doors, a long open corridor leads us to the communal relaxation area through a glass gallery with views of the inner courtyard adorned with tropical greenery. The communal area is visually divided into the kitchen, fireplace, and living room, all with a shared exit to the common open terrace.

The second floor of the house is a quiet night area, housing a children’s room with a bathroom and a large master area, including a bathroom, spacious wardrobe, and a bedroom with a splendid panoramic view of Dominican nature. The materials used in the project are very basic, but due to their simplicity, they accentuate the play of space, light, and shadows. Concrete, plaster, and wood are the primary materials we love and use to achieve the desired effect.
